2. What we collect
Only what we need to answer you and keep this site running:
- Details you send us — your name, email address and whatever you write in the enquiry form.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, referring page, held in aggregate.
- Client data — where you engage us, the material the work requires, always under a separate agreement.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
- To deliver contracted work and report on it.
- To keep this website secure and functioning.
We do not run a mailing list and we do not send unsolicited email.
4. Cookies
This site sets nothing beyond what is strictly necessary to function. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no third-party analytics that identify you. Blocking cookies will not break anything here.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the processors that let us operate — email and cloud hosting — each under a data processing agreement, and with authorities where the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement plus the period U.S. accounting law requires.
7. Your rights
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know, delete and correct your personal data, and to opt out of its sale or sharing — rights we extend to all visitors regardless of state. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You may also contact the California Privacy Protection Agency.
8. Changes
If this page changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting current clients are sent by email.
